The Burlington Community Land Trust, Inc. is a charitable corporation. The purpose of the corporation is to promote sustainable and resilient communities and equitable opportunities for home ownership through the development and support of permanent affordable housing in under-resourced neighborhoods in Burlington, N.C. The Board of Directors consists of three categories: Homeowners, General Representatives, and Public
